Creative Team Building with T Rowe Price Volunteers
T Rowe Price’s team came together to support children in foster care by assembling Sweet Cases, Birthday Boxes, and Superhero Boxes. Creative team building activities like these are excellent ways to build team spirit while also helping those in need. The excitement was palpable as everyone got started on their creative projects, working collaboratively to make a difference.
Sweet Surprises for the Holidays
Sweet Cases are specially designed duffle bags filled with items like blankets, hygiene kits, and stuffed animals. They are given to children entering foster care, providing them with a sense of dignity and comfort during a difficult time, like being in foster care during the holidays.
Birthday Boxes serve a similar purpose, helping children celebrate and feel special on days that are often forgotten – birthdays! The team filled their Birthday Boxes with everything needed to make a fun birthday celebration including candles, party hats, and hand-written birthday cards.
The T Rowe Price team was eager to pack those along with their Superhero Boxes, complete with a superhero registration card. They embraced the creative aspects of the projects, decorating the boxes and packing them with care. The energy was positive, and everyone was motivated by the knowledge that their work would bring joy to children who may not otherwise experience such gestures.
Connecting to a Cause
