With our HQ just minutes away from sunny Los Angeles, California, we’re lucky to be able to visit the city of stars as often as we do. We’re also lucky to work with companies like Saban, whose wonderful philanthropy makes foster kids feel like stars! We love every team-building activity, but this one was especially extraordinary. We had some foster care kits prepared!
During the service project, Saban brought 150 volunteers to pack Sweet Cases for children in foster care. There were so many people, they couldn’t all fit on one floor! Their design team volunteered as well, and every duffle they decorated was a beautiful work of art. It was incredible to see everyone working so hard to make every Sweet Case look great. We truly appreciate all the extra effort they put in! We were ecstatic to give the volunteers the opportunity to do good and have fun doing it.
Every Sweet Case contains a blanket, hygiene kit, stuffed animal, coloring book, and crayons, but Saban went above and beyond, donating many of their own items to make them truly special. Saban volunteers packed all 166 Sweet Cases completely full thanks to their generosity. They were all donated to Penny Lane Centers, where they provided joy to foster children over the holidays.
