Team Bonding Activities with AIG Continue with a Virtual Sweet Case Service Activity

AIG recently hosted a virtual event that combined creativity with compassion. The event allowed their team to assemble and decorate Sweet Case duffle bags for foster kids. This event was part of a long-standing tradition of team bonding activities with AIG, reinforcing their commitment to community support while strengthening their team’s sense of unity and shared purpose.

This activity follows after another successful team building event where the AIG team decorated and assembled Birthday Boxes to help foster youth celebrate their birthdays in the Boston area.

Creating Sweet Case Duffle Bags for Kids in Need

This time, AIG employees came together to decorate Sweet Cases and pack them with essentials like blankets, tooth brushes, and a comforting stuffed animal.

First, AIG employees learned about the impact of Sweet Cases on children entering foster care. They learned how most foster youth are given trash bags to stuff their belongings in when they move from home to home, and how Sweet Cases offered a more dignified alternative.

After the presentation, AIG employees got to work. Equipped with their Sweet Case kits and creative supplies, participants had the freedom to decorate each bag uniquely, using their own flair to bring color and personality to each case.

The activity was engaging and team-driven, showing how team bonding activities with AIG can have an impact whether conducted in-person or online. Each team member contributed their own touch, making each Sweet Case truly unique.

Strengthening Bonds While Giving Back

Though the event was brief, it left a lasting impression. Team members expressed how meaningful it felt to take part in an initiative that directly impacts children in need, and the virtual format allowed participants to bond in a new way.

Working together on a project for a meaningful cause created a shared experience that went beyond typical team building exercises. This activity not only reinforced team connections but also allowed AIG employees to see firsthand the positive impact they were making in the lives of foster children.

Celebrating 21 Team Building Activities with Foster Love

With this event marking their 21st team building initiative with Foster Love, AIG has continued to show unwavering dedication to fostering positive change. Each of these activities has helped build a culture of compassion within their organization, creating opportunities for employees to support causes that resonate with their values. Foster Love is incredibly grateful for AIG’s commitment and the impact these team bonding activities with AIG have had on the organization and the foster youth they serve.

Making a Difference For Years to Come

As AIG and Foster Love look to the future, they plan to explore more ways to create meaningful virtual and in-person events that make a difference. This recent event is a testament to the power of teamwork and giving back, proving that even in a short span of time, a lot of good can be achieved when people come together with purpose.

Foster Love looks forward to continuing this journey with AIG and to finding more opportunities for team bonding activities that inspire, connect, and support foster youth across the country.
