Volunteers Help Make Socktober Campaign a Shining Success
Our team of Socktober volunteers were the true heroes of Foster Love’s campaign this year. Without them, we would not have been able to distribute over 57,500 pairs of Bombas socks to children in foster care across the nation. Thank you to the FC Premier Soccer team for ensuring these socks, along with essential garments like t-shirts and underwear, reached children who needed them most.
Thanks to the hard work and dedication of these volunteers, every box—containing 200 pairs of socks, 30 t-shirts, and 30 pairs of underwear—was packed and shipped on schedule. The event was a huge success! These items are more than just clothing; they are a source of comfort and dignity for children who often lack access to brand-new essentials. It’s always amazing to see how small acts of kindness can ripple out and have a lasting impact on so many lives.
