Terms and Conditions for Photo/Video Usage

By signing up for a Framing Forever adoption shoot with Foster Love, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consent for Media Use: You grant Foster Love and the photographer hired by the service the right to capture, record, and use photographs and videos taken during the adoption shoot for promotional and marketing purposes, both online and offline. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, advertising, and printed materials.

Ownership: All photographs and videos captured during the adoption shoot remain the property of Foster Love. You may not reproduce or sell any images or videos without express written permission.

Privacy: Foster Love and the hired photographer respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information without your consent. They will focus on showcasing the child and the adoption process.

Release: You release Foster Love and the hired photographer from any liability associated with the use of the photographs and videos as described in these terms and conditions.

Modifications: Foster Love reserves the right to modify, alter, or remove any content at its discretion.
