TD Bank Teams Up to Make a National Impact
When it comes to team building activities for large groups of employees, TD Bank is setting a powerful example. Over two incredible events in New Jersey and Miami, their teams came together to help kids in foster care—and showed just how much can be done when large groups work with heart and purpose.
Spring Town Hall with a Purpose
At their U.S. Marketing Spring Town Hall in New Jersey, over 250 TD Bank employees joined forces to build nearly 750 service projects in just one day. These included bikes, skateboards, Birthday Boxes, Superhero Boxes, and Sweet Cases, all assembled with care and enthusiasm. These items were donated to Oaks Integrated Care, a New Jersey nonprofit supporting children, adults, and families dealing with mental illness, addiction, or developmental disabilities.

Oaks Integrated Care provides over 230 programs across 19 counties in New Jersey. With the help of the TD Bank team, their work reached even more people with messages of hope, joy, and support.
This Spring Town Hall event became one of the most impactful team building activities for large groups of employees we’ve seen. It brought together professionals to create real change while strengthening their bond as a team.
From New Jersey to Miami & More
Just one week later, the energy continued at TD Bank’s Leadership Awards event in Miami. This time, the entire staff stepped up in a big way. Volunteers built 200 bikes and packed 500 Sweet Cases, which were distributed to agencies in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Florida.
Many TD Bank team members even went a step further: purchasing Foster Love merch at the event to show their support and help raise more funds for youth in foster care.
The Miami event not only expanded the reach of their donations but also proved that team building activities for large groups of employees can go beyond the workplace and make a national difference.
Working Together Builds More Than Just Bikes and Boxes
Both events showed the true power of what’s possible when companies commit to giving back. TD Bank’s efforts helped children across the country while bringing their own teams closer together. Whether they were building bikes or stuffing Sweet Cases, every employee was part of something bigger than themselves.
These moments of teamwork created memories and strengthened connections—not just between coworkers, but between their organization and the community at large.
